TLDR: Don’t plagiarize my stuff, don’t sell bootlegs of my stuff, fan content and memes are ok within common sense, don’t use my stuff to be an asshole to others. Our stuff doesn’t contain viruses or spyware, so if you downloaded a copy that did, it didn’t come from us.

By downloading files from this website, you are automatically entering agreement between yourself and the author, Eli Guerra, who is giving you permission to share and distribute the contents of the files how you see fit.


You are even free to physically print PDF’s and own those copies for your own private use. However, you CANNOT do the following with your copies of the content:

  • You cannot sell your copy in any form for monetary gain without the author’s permission and licensing.

  • You cannot claim the contents of your copy as your own creation or claim ownership over any elements within the content.

  • You cannot take the text contained within the content, slightly modify it, then claim the new text as your own creation.

  • You cannot use the content as training data in any generative AI models.


Eli Guerra is also giving those that download files the right to create transformative works based on the contents as long as they obey the following guidelines:

  • You make it clear that your content is a fan-work based on elonyx content

  • The fan content is not infringing on the copyright of other entities and their conditions

  • The fan content is not intent on trying to present itself as official content.

  • Generative AI is not used in any part in creating the fan-content

  • The fan content does not use officially released art without significantly transforming it in any meaningful or clearly distinguishable manner.

  • The fan content doesn’t use other fan-content without the original author’s permission or consent.

  • The fan content is not used as a means to spread messages of hate, discrimination or suffering towards individuals or specific groups of people.

  • The fan content is not used to glorify, endorse, or encourage fascism &/or authoritarianism.

  • The fan content is not used to glorify, endorse, or encourage pedophilia, child pornography or sexual assault and sexual violence.

Eli Guerra and any lawyers officially representing him have the right to pursue legal action against derivative works that do not honor the above conditions.

Elonyx does not use content as a means to track user data. Any copies that contain software or malware that tracks, manipulates or sells user data, or maliciously affects user devices, are not endorsed by Elonyx and Eli Guerra, and did not originate from the official site or trusted partners.
